Brighton Town Court

Brighton Town Court handles more than 10,000 cases per year, including 500 driving while intoxicated charges. Court personnel include two judges and four full-time court clerks.

Please Note:  When entering the Town Hall driveway (Public Safety wing), the Court entrance is to the right of the front of Town Hall, at door #2.  If entering the Court from the rear of the Public Safety wing, the Court entrance is to the left of Town Hall's rear entrance, at door #7.

Monday 2:30 pm; Wednesday 2:15 pm
Hearings and Trials - Wednesdays; times vary. Monday-Friday, as needed.  
Small Claims and Evictions - call the court office for days and times.
