The Brighton Police Department is no longer accepting needles/sharps/syringes for disposal. Please continue to place unwanted pharmaceuticals in the lobby Rx drop box, and please hand unwanted liquid medications to staff at the police records counter. Needles/sharps/syringes for disposal will be accepted by hospitals and nursing home facilities, some primary care physicians, and the Monroe County Ecopark. Refer to the websites below for other disposal locations and information.
