[ARCHIVED] Applicants Sought for Membership on the BRIGHTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Brighton Town Board is seeking applicants to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals implements the zoning regulations of the Town of Brighton, procedures for the hearing of appeals from decisions made by the Building Inspector or other administrative officers in the enforcement of the regulations, and grants variances from the regulations. This is a non-paid volunteer position and this committee meets on the first Wednesday evening of each month and is comprised of seven members who are appointed by the Town Board to serve a term of five years.
Any Brighton resident interested in being interviewed to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals should submit a letter of interest and resume via email or USPS mail by October 14, 2016 to:
