Architectural Review Board

About the Board

The Architectural Review Board provides regulation and guidance for maintaining the quality of the exterior appearance of buildings and signs, for either new buildings/signs or modifications to existing structures.  The Architectural Review Board is comprised of seven members, appointed by the Town Board to serve three-year terms. At least one member must be a professional architect licensed in New York State.

Architectural Review Board Meetings 

After November 13, meetings will be in the first floor conference room at Empire State University, 680 West Fall Rd., the new temporary location for Town Hall.
