• Deck - Building Permit Requirements
• Wood truss construction, sign posting affidavit: This form is required if wood trusses, pre-engineered wood, or timber framing is used in residential structures. A signed copy shall be provided to the Town of Brighton Building Inspector after the required sign has been affixed to the structure and inspected and prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
