Brighton Residential Sales Data

The Town of Brighton Assessor's office has a printed copy of the residential sales book available for review during the office hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please be kind and respectful. Come in prepared, knowing what you are looking for so that other residents may be able to view the sales book upon request. If you would like to view our sales online, they are below:

Monroe County Real Property Portal

Follow the directions and prompts to access real property inventory and sales information by selecting the Compare Data/Sales for Multiple Residential/Commercial/Condo/Townhouse/Multi-Family Properties Tab then scroll Town listings to select Brighton and your school district. Be sure to select characteristics most similar to your property such as similar style, square footage, bedrooms and baths along with similar year built to locate the most similar properties. If none were found, try broadening your search.
